About Us - Who We Are

Neil J Harner // Owner & Project Manager
neilNeil is addicted to everything related to the Internet and business. That’s basically how the last 10 years of his life have gone and what makes him the perfect leader for Inverse Paradox. Due to his rampant need for change and learning, developing a creative agency just seemed to fit. Prior to the launch of Inverse Paradox, Neil worked in internet marketing and the pharmaceutical software industries. He has a BS in Web Design and Multimedia and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from American Intercontinental University. Upon his completion, it is his hope to become a college professor at an online school. On the rare occurrence he is not working, he enjoys spending time with Lindsay, his girlfriend, or with his beer-geek buddies home brewing and tasting craft beers. He currently resides across the street from the office.

Melissa Levenduski // Owner & Designer
melissaGrowing up in the middle-of-nowhere town known as New Egypt, New Jersey would make anyone want to catch the next bus to the nearest big city. After graduating high school with a whopping class of 92 students, Melissa headed to the City of Brotherly Love. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Philadelphia University with a BS in Graphic Design Communication. With the passion for field hockey, Melissa played out her 4 years at Philadelphia University and currently referees games at the middle and high school level. Starting Inverse Paradox was the perfect fit for her aspirations to apply her skills and designs to diverse industries. When she isn’t in the office or out on the field, Melissa spends her time redecorating her family’s homes, catching up on the latest fashion and design shows, or driving from New Jersey to Virginia to visit her boyfriend, Matt. She currently resides in Florence, NJ.

Amanda Mitchell // Web Designer
amandaJust what the company needed, another Jersey Girl. Just like Melissa, Amanda found herself stuck and bored. Living in the small South Jersey town of Millville, web design and development caught her interest at a young age and soon became a passionate hobby. Finally getting out of New Jersey and moving to Philadelphia, she went on to study architecture at Drexel University. She quickly realized that architecture wasn’t what she really wanted to do with her life and decided to make her passion her new direction of study and career choice. As a result, Amanda graduated with a BS in Digital Media and a minor in Architecture. Because her once hobby is now an 8 hour a day job, she finds herself spending a majority of her free time just trying to figure out what to do with herself. She now resides in Yardley, PA.

Brandi Kerekes // Graphic Designer
scottAlthough born in Philadelphia, Brandi grew up in Central New Jersey. Her blood being tainted by the culture and lifestyle of Philadelphia, she returned in 2004 to become a student at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. With her passion for art and design, she graduated with a B.S. degree in Graphic Design. Just when she thought she was fortunate enough to be the second member of her family to graduate from college, she was accepted into the family of Inverse Paradox as a part-time graphic designer, a position grown from her internship. Brandi’s greatest strengths are her unique artistic abilities including illustration, photography, painting, creative writing, and, as Neil says, “really odd YouTube videos.” Brandi is a self proclaimed nerd which includes her love of the internet, video games, and comic books. She is excited to further pursue her passion with Inverse Paradox and gain more experience with them. With no surprise, Brandi has remained a resident of Philadelphia.

Scott Willey // Creative Consultant
scottBeing a lifelong athlete through his high school and college career, Scott quickly realized he was better at business than he was at sports. He went on to achieve a BA in Marketing & Advertising from the University of Pittsburgh. This along with his diverse experience gives him a unique approach to marketing and sales strategies. Despite being 6'3'' and 240 lbs, he doesn't rely on a pushy sales approach and muscle to get the job done. Oddly, he is quite tender and sincere when meeting with clients to insure they feel comfortable and confident that the products Inverse Paradox has to offer will generate a strategic and cutting edge advantage over their competition. In his free time he watches sports with his girlfriend Christine rather than play them. He also enjoys music and long drives to nowhere. Scott is a life-long resident of Bucks County.
